How to Choose a Water-Structuring Device
How to Choose a Water-Structuring Device
Water products use similar language for very different functions. Begin with the practical job you need done.
Filtration and structuring are different
A filter is designed to remove particular contaminants or change taste. A vortex carafe moves water mechanically. An in-line device attaches to plumbing. Somavedic uses a contact-free routine near a powered device. If your water needs treatment, filter or treat it first.
Ask five questions
- Does the product remove contaminants, or is it a separate wellness feature?
- Does it touch the water?
- How much water can you prepare at once?
- Does it need installation, replacement parts, or cleaning?
- What evidence supports its specific claims?
Somavedic's routine
Vedic gen. 2, Amber, Elaura, and Gold include water structuring. Place safe drinking water in a clean container near the powered device for about 15–20 minutes. Somavedic does not purify water.
Some customers describe a smoother or fresher taste. The reviewed materials do not establish a specific molecular arrangement, better absorption, or a health effect.
