Why Eight Hours in Bed May Still Feel Unrestful
Time in bed is only one part of sleep. A changing schedule, late bright light, noise, temperature, alcohol, stress, medication, pain, breathing problems, and other health factors can all affect how rested you feel.
Start with the strongest basics
Keep a regular sleep and wake time. Lower bright light in the evening. Make the room cool, dark, and quiet. Reduce late caffeine and alcohol. Put the phone out of reach if scrolling delays sleep.
Review the room without jumping to a cause
A bedroom full of chargers, screens, and alerts can make it harder to wind down. Moving or switching off unnecessary devices is a simple practical choice. It does not prove EMF caused fatigue.
Where Somavedic fits
Somavedic is designed for environmental harmonization and can be added to a bedroom routine. The reviewed sleep reports are small and uncontrolled.
If tiredness continues despite adequate sleep opportunity, speak with a qualified clinician to rule out a medical or sleep disorder.
